【Artist Profile / 作者プロフィール】
Masaki Hirokawa (b. 1981, Toyama) is a graphic/contemporary artist and app developer. Active across web/graphic design and interactive media since the late 1990s, he has authored reference books, contributed to design magazines, and built a smartphone app portfolio exceeding 20 million downloads with 3+ million active users worldwide. Since resuming fine-art production in 2019, he has exhibited internationally and was recognized by the ITSLIQUID Group as “ARTIST OF THE YEAR 2021.”
廣川政樹（1981年・富山県生まれ）は、グラフィック／現代美術家・アプリ開発者。1990年代後半より Web／グラフィックデザインやインタラクティブメディアで活動し、参考書の執筆や専門誌への寄稿、2,000万ダウンロード・300万人超のアクティブユーザーを有するアプリ事業を展開。2019年にグラフィック制作を本格再開し、国際的に発表。ITSLIQUID Group「ARTIST OF THE YEAR 2021」受賞。
